Summary: I stayed at Mayflower few times in the past few year. Very consistent good service and good value. Close to many places in Beirut and around the city.

Summary: The Mayflower is a landmark hotel. The exterior of the hotel is well maintained but the room neglected, particularly the bathroom and the shower. It needs major renovations.

Summary: The Mayflower was conveniently located for our needs but feels somewhat tired and needs a refresh in terms of some of the rooms we booked (our Junior Suite bathroom was very tired in particular, whereas the other room's bathrooms were much better). That said, the staff were always very helpful and the pub was a convenient spot to meet up and have a drink and the airport shuttle bus was a godsend for our party of six and all our luggage. Breakfast was okay (but not brilliant), although the evening meals were pretty sound and the proprietary beer decent. All in all we enjoyed our stay but there are better options in the same locale.
